1. What you’ll need to do is sit on a chair with your feet spread enough to barely exceed your shoulder line. Keep your feet and legs in an outward angle.
2. Get a dumbbell and keep it held between your legs. Bend down a little bit and try to keep your spine and back as straight as possible. With your arm resting on the inside of your thigh, keep the dumbbell held in a low position.
